Who we are
Vialwise is published by APL Research Pty Ltd (ABN 53 700 008 019), the company that operates the Au Peptide Labs store. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean APL Research Pty Ltd. You can reach us at hello@aupeptidelabs.net.
What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. The reconstitution calculator and the supplier checklist work entirely in your browser: the numbers and answers you enter aren’t sent to us or stored. Some pages, such as the supplier comparison, keep your selection in the page address so you can share or bookmark it. That address stays in your browser unless you share it.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t set cookies, and at present it doesn’t run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site, so loading a page makes no requests to any other website until you follow a link.
If we add analytics, or anything else that sets a cookie or collects information about visits, we’ll update this policy before it goes live and change the date at the top of the page.
Server records
Like any website, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as the IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use these records to identify or profile visitors.
If you email us
We receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to reply, and, for a correction, to check and update the fact concerned. We keep the message as a record of the change. Emails to hello@aupeptidelabs.net go to the same inbox as Au Peptide Labs customer support, because the same company runs both. We don’t add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.
Links to other websites
Links that invite you to visit Au Peptide Labs carry referral tags (utm_source=vialwise, plus medium, campaign and the page the link was on). Evidence links to the pages we read on its site carry none. The tags carry nothing about you. They show the store which Vialwise link a visit came from. Links to other suppliers, testing labs and the Australian Business Register carry no tag.

Access, correction and complaints
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@aupeptidelabs.net. If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, tell us first and we’ll respond. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when anything above changes, and the date at the top will change with it. See also our terms of use.
