These terms apply to your use of Vialwise at vialwise.au. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Who publishes Vialwise
Vialwise is owned and published by APL Research Pty Ltd (ABN 53 700 008 019). The same company operates the Au Peptide Labs store, so we have a commercial interest in it. Au Peptide Labs is scored on the same checklist as every other supplier and ranked by that score, and it is labelled as our store wherever it appears. More about our ownership.
Research use only
Everything on Vialwise concerns research-grade material sold for laboratory and analytical use only. It is not a registered medicine, is not supplied for human or veterinary use, and nothing here is medical advice.
Nor is anything on Vialwise legal or purchasing advice. Nothing here should be relied on to decide whether a compound is suitable, safe or lawful for any purpose. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and to anything you buy.
How to read the scores
A Transparency Score is the result of applying our published checklist to a supplier’s public web pages and the Australian Business Register on a given date. It describes what a supplier publishes. It is not a rating of product quality, safety or fitness for any purpose, and it is not an endorsement of any supplier, including our store.
“Not found” means we didn’t find an item on the pages we checked on that date. It is not a statement that a supplier doesn’t offer it.
Accuracy
We work to keep every fact accurate, and each one shows the date it was checked. The current supplier data was checked from 27 September to 6 October 2026. Information is accurate as at its date and may have changed since: suppliers update their websites, prices and policies without telling us. Check the supplier’s own pages before you order.
If something is wrong, tell us and we’ll re-check it.
Other websites
Vialwise links to supplier websites, testing laboratories and public registers. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices. Their own terms apply once you leave Vialwise.
Content and trade marks
The text, design and data compilation on Vialwise are © APL Research Pty Ltd. You’re welcome to quote short extracts or link to any page, with a link back to the source. Supplier and laboratory names are the trade marks of their owners and are used only to identify them. Apart from Au Peptide Labs, which is run by APL Research Pty Ltd, the company that publishes Vialwise, their use doesn’t imply any connection with, or endorsement by, those owners.
Supplier names, logos and website captures belong to their owners. We show them only so you can identify each supplier and its real website. A supplier can ask us to update or remove them at any time. To ask, send us a correction or email hello@aupeptidelabs.net.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of Vialwise or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that can’t lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
