Identity
What is in the vial, peptide by peptide. A blend has no single formula, so a certificate of analysis should identify each peptide separately.
- Class
- Two-peptide research blend (GHRH analogue and GHS-R1a agonist)
- Components
CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29)
Sermorelin’s 29-residue sequence, GRF(1-29) amide, with four substitutions: D-Ala at position 2, Gln at 8, Ala at 15 and Leu at 27. A GHRH receptor agonist.
H-Aib-His-D-2Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂, C38H49N9O5, 711.85 g/mol (PubChem CID 9831659). A GHS-R1a agonist.
- Formula, mass, CAS
- Listed per peptide above. A blend has no single formula, molar mass or registry number.
CJC-1295 without DAC has no PubChem record of its own, so it is described by its differences from sermorelin, GRF(1-29) amide (PubChem CID 16132413).
Checked against PubChem on 27 September 2026. Molar mass is calculated from the formula with standard atomic weights and agrees with PubChem’s published molecular weight. In sequences, H- marks a free N-terminus, -OH a free C-terminal acid and -NH₂ a C-terminal amide.
Research context
This is a blend of two peptides in one vial: CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29) and ipamorelin. Each peptide is studied at its own receptor: CJC-1295 without DAC at the GHRH receptor and ipamorelin at GHS-R1a, both in pituitary cell models. A blend’s COA reports the mass of each peptide per vial rather than a single purity figure.

Storage and handling
Store sealed lyophilised powder at −20 °C, dry and away from light.
Let the vial reach room temperature before opening, so moisture doesn’t condense on the powder.
Reconstitute in sterile water, or in the buffer your protocol specifies. Swirl gently rather than shake.
Both peptides share one vial, so work out concentration for each peptide separately, from the per-peptide mass on the COA rather than the combined label amount.
Split the solution into single-use aliquots and keep them frozen, so no portion goes through repeated freeze–thaw.
General laboratory practice for this class of material; your institution’s own procedures come first. To work out concentration and aliquot volumes from a vial’s mass, use the reconstitution calculator. For the reasoning behind each step, read storing lyophilised peptides.

Blend: mass of each peptide per vial, so there is no purity figure. Purity versus content
The sample line on this report reads “CJC DAC”; its result row identifies modified GRF (1-29), i.e. CJC-1295 without DAC.

Other suppliers publish their reports on their own sites. Where each supplier publishes its COAs
Vialwise is published by APL Research Pty Ltd, which also runs Au Peptide Labs. Every supplier, ours included, is scored on the same published checklist. How we handle this
Any supplier
Check any supplier’s CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin COA
These checks take a few minutes and work the same on a report from any supplier, ours included. The walkthrough shows each one on a real Janoshik report.
How to verify a Janoshik COAOpen it at the lab
The report should load on the testing lab’s own website from the verify link or task number, not only as a PDF or screenshot from the supplier.
Match the name
The report should identify both peptides, CJC-1295 without DAC and Ipamorelin, not just one of them. A report on a single peptide is a report on a different vial.
Look for one figure per peptide
A blend report should list the mass of each peptide in the vial rather than one purity figure, and each should be close to the amount on the label.
Match the vial
The sample amount on the report should match the vial size you’re buying. A report on a different size or an older batch tells you less about the vial in front of you.
